Location: Naga City, Camarines Sur  | Onsite

Schedule: Night Shift

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - Sales at Digital Minds, your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and sales support. You will engage with our valued customers, providing information, guidance, and assistance to meet their needs and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.

·       Identify and assess customer needs to achieve sales targets.

·       Establish and maintain positive customer relationships.

·       Recommend products or services that match customer needs.

·       Effectively communicate product features and benefits to potential customers.

·       Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.

·       Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.

·       Strive for continuous improvement in sales techniques and product knowledge.

·       Work with a customer-focused mindset to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

 


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·       At least 1 year of BPO experience

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Experience in any of the following is a plus: Sales,  Marketing, Cold-calling, B2B, B2C, Collection, Billing or General VA.

·       Resident of Naga City or neighboring areas

·       Can start ASAP
