We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role is focused on improving operational efficiency, ensuring accountability across teams, and maintaining clear visibility of tasks, deadlines, and ongoing priorities.
π Key Responsibilities
π Maintain and update task trackers, action logs, and operational dashboards
π§ Capture key decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines from meetings and communications
β° Proactively follow up on overdue or pending tasks to ensure accountability
π Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-up summaries for leadership
π Support light reporting, operational summaries, and performance updates
π Draft internal documents such as SOPs, process guides, and structured updates
π Ensure all trackers and documentation remain accurate, organized, and up to date
π§ What Weβre Looking For
βοΈ Experience in operations, executive support, or coordination roles
βοΈ Strong written English and excellent attention to detail
βοΈ Ability to manage multiple trackers, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
βοΈ Strong organizational skills with a proactive and accountable mindset
βοΈ Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
βοΈ Ability to work independently in a remote setup aligned with UK business hours π
βοΈ LOCATED WITHIN NAGA CITY, BICOL

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) π
Slack π¬
CRM or operational dashboards (e.g., HubSpot or similar) π
Other SaaS and project management tools as needed
π Preferred Experience
β’ Background in SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup environments
β’ Experience with operations coordination, project management, or executive support
β’ Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, or ATS platforms
β’ Exposure to SOP creation or process improvement work
