We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced SaaS environment. This role is focused on improving operational efficiency, ensuring accountability across teams, and maintaining clear visibility of tasks, deadlines, and ongoing priorities.



πŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities
πŸ“‹ Maintain and update task trackers, action logs, and operational dashboards
🧠 Capture key decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines from meetings and communications
⏰ Proactively follow up on overdue or pending tasks to ensure accountability
πŸ“ Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and follow-up summaries for leadership
πŸ“Š Support light reporting, operational summaries, and performance updates
πŸ“‚ Draft internal documents such as SOPs, process guides, and structured updates
πŸ” Ensure all trackers and documentation remain accurate, organized, and up to date


🧠 What We’re Looking For
βœ”οΈ Experience in operations, executive support, or coordination roles
βœ”οΈ Strong written English and excellent attention to detail
βœ”οΈ Ability to manage multiple trackers, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
βœ”οΈ Strong organizational skills with a proactive and accountable mindset
βœ”οΈ Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
βœ”οΈ Ability to work independently in a remote setup aligned with UK business hours πŸŒ™

🌟 Preferred Experience
β€’ Background in SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup environments
β€’ Experience with operations coordination, project management, or executive support
β€’ Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, or ATS platforms
β€’ Exposure to SOP creation or process improvement work
