🌎 Position Overview
Join our team and support Spanish-speaking expectant and postpartum mothers through a leading U.S.-based digital maternal health platform.
As a Care Navigator (Spanish-Speaking), you will provide compassionate bilingual support, assist patients throughout their maternal health journey, conduct follow-ups, and connect them with available healthcare resources.

💼 What You'll Do
🌎 Provide personalized care navigation and support to Spanish-speaking pregnant and postpartum mothers.
📞 Conduct patient follow-up through phone calls and messaging.
🤝 Connect patients with appropriate programs, services, and available resources.
📝 Maintain accurate documentation within the client's systems.
🔒 Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
✅ Required Qualifications
🗣️ Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
🇺🇸 Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
💙 Compassionate, patient-focused, and comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
💻 Strong documentation and computer navigation skills.
📍 Willing to work onsite in Naga City, Bicol.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications
👶 Experience supporting pregnant and postpartum patients.
🌐 Previous experience in healthcare, patient support, care navigation, customer service, telehealth, or U.S. healthcare is an advantage.
