• Supporting performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.

• Administering employee benefits programs and assisting with payroll processing.

• Contributing to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an HR role or related field, with a solid understanding of HR practices and employment laws.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service orientation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.

• With Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
