•             Monitor chat and email support channels for customer requests

•             Respond to customer requests with an understanding of the product

•             Escalate issues when necessary

•             Maintain an understanding of the customer journey

•             Provide a high level of customer service by proactively engaging customers on the site.

•             Perform Non Voice various tasks

 

Job Description

•             We are looking for a customer-friendly, energetic, motivated Customer Chat Support Rep (CCSR) to join our team. 

•             The selected candidate will help answer inquiries from customers via Live Chat and Email.

•             Other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

•             Excellent English written communication skills

•             Ability to multi-task and handle several customers simultaneously during a fast-paced day.

•             High level of attention to detail.

•             Strong computer skills and accurate data entry skills.

•             You look adversity in the face and laugh at it and power through it, not taking no as an answer.

•             Can work on a shifting schedule

•             Minimum of 2 years BPO Experience are welcome to apply!
