**IT & Security Systems Administrator**
Job Summary: The IT Personnel is responsible for managing the company's technical infrastructure, including CCTV systems, biometric access control, and office equipment. This role ensures the security and efficiency of all technical systems while providing comprehensive IT support to all employees. The position involves monitoring security systems, maintaining equipment inventory, processing new hire enrollments, and ensuring proper documentation of all technical operations.

Responsibilities:
- CCTV System Management
• Monitor CCTV systems to ensure workplace security
• Report security incidents and suspicious activities to management
• Maintain CCTV equipment and ensure optimal functionality
• Archive and manage CCTV footage according to company policies - Biometric System Administration
• Manage daily biometric system operations and maintenance
• Generate and submit accurate biometric reports
• Process new hire enrollments in the biometric system
• Troubleshoot biometric system issues
• Maintain user database and access rights - Equipment Management
• Maintain accurate inventory of all office equipment
• Track equipment assignments and transfers
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
• Document equipment status and maintenance history
• Process equipment requests and deployments - System Maintenance
• Ensure uptime of all IT infrastructure components
• Perform regular system maintenance and updates
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery procedures - Technical Support
• Provide timely resolution to IT support requests
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Assist users with technical problems
• Document all support tickets and resolutions - Administrative Duties
• Submit required daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Maintain accurate documentation of all systems
• Process new hire technical setups
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance
• Keep updated records of licenses and warranties - Security Management
• Monitor security systems and access controls
• Report security violations and incidents
• Maintain security protocols and procedures
• Ensure compliance with security policies - Equipment Maintenance
• Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance
• Coordinate repairs and replacements
• Track maintenance schedules
• Document maintenance activities and outcomes
Qualifications:
- IT Graduate or degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in IT systems administration and network security
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management and security protocols
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and security software
- Strong understanding of data protection and risk management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Can work onsite
- Relevant certifications (e.g., NC2, or similar) are a plus
