Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Advisors to join our team. You will manage outbound calls to existing and potential customers with the intent of promoting and selling products/services, gathering customer information, or providing follow-up support.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

·       Execute sales scripts to drive sales and response rates.

·       Answer questions about products/services and discuss pricing.

·       Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing customers.

·       Conduct follow-up calls for service feedback or product/service updates.

·       Maintain knowledge of product/service offerings, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

·       Minimum of six (6) months BPO experience

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

·       Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

·       Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·       Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

·       Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

·       Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.

·       Willing to work ASAP
