As a Technical Support Representative, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, handling technical inquiries and ensuring smooth, efficient use of our platform. If you're tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service, this role is an excellent fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  β—» Provide daily technical support for B2B clients, addressing order-related issues, platform errors, and integration challenges

  πŸ“ž Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams to resolve concerns and deliver a smooth user experience

   πŸ“ Accurately document all support interactions, issue details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions

  πŸ“… Establish proactive communication cadences with clients to ensure quick follow- ups and issue resolution

  πŸ”§ Apply system updates and assist with software patches as needed to maintain operational efficiency


Requirements:

βœ… 2+ years of experience in B2B customer or technical support, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused company
βœ… Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

βœ… Comfortable working with various digital tools and learning new technical systems

 βœ… Experience with Excel is a plus

  βœ… Ability to remain calm and professional while resolving customer issues

 βœ… Strong analytical skills and step-by-step troubleshooting capabilities
