The Customer Chat Support representative is responsible for providing the best possible experience for our customers. The representative will answer questions and solve problems for customers who are in need of assistance with our client's product (chat, email, etc).
The ideal candidate is a customer service professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The candidate must be able to work independently or as a team.
Responsibilities:
Monitor chat and email support channels for customer requests
Respond to customer requests with an understanding of the product
Escalate issues when necessary
Maintain an understanding of the customer journey
Provide a high level of customer service by proactively engaging customers on the site.
Job Description
We are looking for a customer-friendly, energetic, motivated Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join our team.
The selected candidate will help answer inquiries from customers via Live Chat and Email.

Strong computer skills and accurate data entry skills.

Can work on a shifting schedule
