Key Responsibilities
Handle 200–300 patient calls daily, managing inquiries, appointment requests, follow-ups, and routing calls to medical staff.
Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments following OB/GYN-specific protocols; confirm pre-visit requirements such as fasting, prior records, and labs/ultrasounds.
Maintain accurate patient records in EMR/EHR systems and manage digital communications via phone, email, SMS, and patient portals.
Prepare daily appointment calendars and telehealth links; document cancellations/no-shows and coordinate recalls/confirmations.
Escalate urgent medical concerns to clinical staff per protocol and ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
Meet performance metrics including response time, call handling, quality scoring, and attendance while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

Job Requirements
Prior experience in healthcare administration or medical reception/front desk role preferred.
Familiarity with OB/GYN or women’s health practice is a strong advantage.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Allied Health courses (Nursing, Midwifery, MedTech, Psychology) a plus.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
