Position Overview:

The Social Media  Specialist  will be responsible for managing and executing the day-to-day content strategy for our official social media accounts. This includes creating and scheduling high-quality posts, managing audience engagement, tracking performance analytics, and ensuring our online presence remains professional and consistent. You’ll be working with clear SOPs, brand guidelines, and a supportive team at one of the fastest-growing BPO companies in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Scheduling
  Design, create, and schedule daily posts (images and short video clips) aligned with brand guidelines and platform best practices.

• Community Management & Engagement
  Interact with followers, respond to messages and comments, and build a vibrant and engaged community.

• Social Media Monitoring & Moderation
  Monitor activity across all platforms, identifying engagement opportunities while maintaining a positive and respectful online space.

• Performance Analytics & Reporting
  Use provided tools to track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and offer insights for continuous improvement.

• Basic Graphic Design
  Produce branded visuals using basic design tools to enhance social media content.

• Short Video Creation
  Edit and publish short-form video content for TikTok and YouTube Shorts based on current trends and brand voice.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.

• Experience with content scheduling tools and analytics platforms.

• Proficient in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).

• Familiarity with short-form video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush).

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow SOPs and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative mindset with an eye for trends, aesthetics, and audience engagement.
