Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the HR team in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and comp-ben administration.
  • HR frontline of support to employees -- point of contact of all employees. 
  • Assist with day-to-day employee HR concerns.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

    1. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or any related field (essential).
  • With at least 6 months - 1 year experience in HR preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Driven and possess a 'can do' attitude.
