Job Description:
We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for 24/7 support to our e-commerce customers via phone, email, and live chat.





Responsibilities:
• Assist customers through various channels, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all interactions.
• Communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
• Troubleshoot and resolve concerns promptly.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum of 3 years BPO Experience
• E-Commerce experience is preferred but not required
